1. Delivery will be done 3-5 working days before your check-in date. Upon successful delivery, we will update you by email.
2. When you arrive at the hotel to check in, the front desk staff will pass you an envelope containing your order. Please request it from the hotel staff if you do not receive it.
3. If the registered hotel check-in name provided does not match the hotel's records, the hotel will not accept the delivery. In such cases, we will inform you by email to arrange for self-collection at Travel Delight office. Delivery fee is non refundable.
